Peasants & Travelers is a San Francisco-based brand that deals in quality and stylish bags and Peasants & Travelers cases for men. Founder/designer Jee Kim chose the brand name to pay homage to the male peasants of the 18th century, who were the first carriers of travel bags. Kim is a woman, but there is no contending the fact that she knows exactly what men want, as well as what they truly need.
Peasants & Travelers bags are divided into three separate collections: Milk & Honey, Urban Village, and Metro. The later contains the only exclusive Peasants & Travelers iPad case design, a bright orange tablet bag with shoulder strap ($70). This genuine leather case is as thin as an envelope-style tablet sleeve, and offers any iPad or 10” device a nice snug-fit for travel. Other backpacks, totes and messenger bags offer plenty of space inside to hold any sized tablet.
The Peasant & Travelers bags are an ideal blend of utility and functionality, alongside clean, crisp sharp-looks. It takes a bit more than a peasant’s meager wages to buy Peasants & Travelers tablet cases, but the quality and style is worth every last penny.
