Allview's Windows 8.1 tablet is the 8-inch Imperia i8 with a 1280x800 diplay resolution. Inside there's an Intel Atom Z3735E processor with a clock speed of 1.83 GHz, along with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The tablet is actually running Windows 8.1 with Bing, which, as we have reported before, is a version of the OS that ships with the Bing search service set as the default, although owners can change that to whatever search engine they wish.

The 8-inch IPS display presents well. The colors, brightness and viewing angles are good. With a resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels, the 8 inch display achievs a density of 188 ppi which is nice. The only annoying thing is that it collects fingerprints at a faster pace than others we've met.

Users also get, a microSD card slot, 16 GB of storage, WiFi and Bluetooth. There’s a 5 MP back camera, a 2 MP front videocall cam, stereo speakers and a micro HDMI port in the mix. The battery is a Li-Polymer unit with a capacity of 3800 mAh and a usage time of around 4.5 hours. This device has a 16/10 format and it’s not very thick, at 9.07 mm in waistline.
