The Miix 3 tablet features a 10.1-inch IPS touchscreen offering a screen resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. It is powered by an Intel Atom Processor Z3735F (unspecified clock speed - reference base clock 1.33GHz, burst frequency up to 1.83GHz, 4 cores, 4 threads), which Lenovo touts has been used for the first time in its tablet lineup.

According to the current trend, Lenovo MiiX 3 is only 10mm thick and weighs only 549g allowing users to hold comfortably and use for a long time without facing any problem. The compact design also contributes to high mobility for the tablet, so you can easily put in the bag and move anywhere.

There’s a 2-megapixel HD front-facing camera, a 6800 mAh battery for up to 7 hours use, and it’s bundled with a detachable keyboard that enables two more modes, Laptop and Stand. Connectivity includes WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.0, and it runs Windows 8.1 (with Bing for tablets).

With a price of $399, the Lenovo Miix 3 10.1 seems reasonably priced considering the specs, but as some of you know, the predecessor did have it’s quality issues experienced by enough people to make it an issue, which may be one of the reasons why Lenovo has given this tablet a makeover.

Overall, Lenovo Miix 3 10.1 looks good and is strong enough to take on the tasks of everyday usage, including simple office work and entertainment with games or movies.
