Light as a feather. Lenovo's Tab S8 does not even weigh 300 grams but is quite a bargain. It offers a Full HD screen, an 8-megapixel camera, and front-facing speakers for 199 Euros (~$225).
The screen on the Lenovo S8-50 is pretty impressive for the price of the tablet. It’s an 8” 1920×1200 IPS screen, which allows for up to 350 nits of brightness. The maximum brightness was perfect for any bright area I used the tablet, with the exception of direct sunlight.
Underneath the colourful exterior is one on Intel's Bay Trail-T Atom Z3745 quad-core processors which will provide up to 1.86 GHz of power. We're pleased to report it's a 64-bit chip so this is good news for when Android L arrives in all its 64-bit goodness.
Lenovo's most recent tablet releases have been notable thanks to their better-than-average speaker quality, and the Tab S8 continues the trend with its own pair of Dolby powered front-facing speakers.
Overall I have been very impressed with the whole Lenovo Tab S 8 package. It really does pack a lot in for a relatively low price.
