LAVA has been rapidly expanding its footprint in the smart device market. iVORY is the recent tablet released by LAVA in the ETAB family. With a 7inch HD screen, it supports dual SIM and runs Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2.
The Lava E-Tab measures 194x120.5x10.8mm and packs a 3000mAh battery. The Lava E-Tab Ivory sports dual cameras a 2-megapixel rear camera and a front-facing 0.3-megapixel camera. Connectivity options on the tablet include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G.
The storage capacity is also low, only 2.47GB is available to the user from the 4GB internal storage. For saving images, videos and games, one will have to rely entirely on the expandable memory card slot.
For the price point it’s hard to recommend the Lava E-Tab iVORY. As a tablet, the performance is average at best. You have tablets such as the first generation Nexus, Simmtronics Xpad mini and the Lava E-Tab XTron Plus that are better value for money products. If calling capabilities on a budget 7-inch device is something that you are looking for then you can consider this tablet. If pure tablet performance is a requirement, then you have other options to choose from.
