Frederick James released the second and final collection of tablet designer cases made from Bernie Madoff clothing items. The first batch of the so-called Bernie Madoff Collection of tablet sleeves was a wild hit with tablet enthusiasts and sold out in just a few days. The cases can accommodate a wide range of tablets.
All tablet cases in the collection are crafted out of clothing items formerly belonging to the notorious felon, Bernie Madoff. The items were purchased at a special auction sanctioned by the US Marshals Service. The whole story behind the auction could be seen on Nat Geo show: Seized and Sold: The Madoff Auction.
The final collection consists of 59 items, which were designed primarily for the Apple iPad , but can fit any similarly sized tablet. The cases were primarily designed as a fashion statement, however they will offer the tablets some degree of protection against the elements and will even guard them from minor impacts.
The prices for these cases range from $75 - $500.
