7decibels has chosen Kickstarter to seek funding for their tablet sound amplifier – Sabine. Tablet2Cases has already pledged funds to help the designer bring this unique case to the market. Designed from anodized aluminum , Sabine offers exquisite looks besides its primary function.

7decibels Sabine will work with any Apple tablet including the iPad, iPad 2, and the new iPad. The anodized aluminum is the same material Apple themselves uses to produce their tablet. However, when it comes to sound amplification, aluminum also works six times better than plastic.

The new iPad case not only eliminates the need to cup the device by directing the sound right at the user. Depending on how much funding the company will raise, they will make the Apple iPad 2 case in Black, Clear, and Green on top of the original color. A protective drawstring bag is also planned.

Pledges of $20 or more will secure the case for you.
