The Tewa from Kovered is a beautiful folio tablet case with handmade natural Padauk wood. The case is a combination of flexible rubberized shell and a wood cover on both sides. The folio covers any iPad Mini from all sides, but keeps all ports and buttons open. The wooden cover not only protects the tablet from impacts and brings beautiful looks, but also features magnets to activate the auto sleep/wake function and act as a magnetic lock. The cover folds in a variety of ways to transform into an integrated stand offering several viewing positions.

About Kovered:
Before setting up KOVERED in summer 2013, we had long wanted to combine our creative flair and passion for being our own bosses whilst acting ethically. Jason, an accomplished MSDT scuba diver had recently returned from long periods of working in the USA, Thailand and Spain. Matt had worked as a sustainability consultant since his MSc, but had became disillusioned with being hired to help green wash the image of companies with no genuine concern for the environment.

Seeing that everyone was spending so much time with smartphones and tablets in their hands, together we looked to offer something a bit different that catered to fans of natural materials…and so KOVERED was born!
