The New iPad is Re-Authored Inside a Book Cover

ReAuthored presented iPad 3 Book Cover – an exquisite book tablet case designed to fit the Apple new iPad. The case is handmade from discarded hardback books, but the manufacturer is also offering buyers a choice to supply their own book in order to create a truly one-of-a-kind new iPad case.

There are seven interior and exterior cover options each of them is extra durable and will keep the tablet safe from impacts and bumps. The device is secured inside the case by corner straps preventing accidental slip outs. An elastic strap keeps the case securely shut when the tablet is not in use. Customers can also order the case, which can accommodate the tablet inside the Apple Smart Cover.

Sadly the ports and buttons of the device cannot be reached openly while the tablet is in the case. However, each case also comes with a custom pull-tab, allowing easy removal. The main purpose of the case is to protect the tablet from impact damage and disguise it as an old book to make it less interesting to thieves.
