All About Checkout

After you’ve packed your cart full of goodies, it’s time to check out. In three simple steps your brand new case is on its way fast. At checkout you fill in your contact information & select shipping method that helps us process your order.

Then you complete the order by paying either via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. Once payment is confirmed we take care of the rest.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

We offer several billing options. The most popular method is by Credit and Debit Card. You pay with your card on our safe, secure checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and various local debit cards (ie Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro).

What’s PayPal?

PayPal is the world’s foremost leader in secure web-based payment transactions. It works like an online wallet. They store your payment information and make it easy for you to shop online without needing to provide credit card details at each new site. Instead you provide your PayPal account details. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Payment is also possible by Bank Transfer. Select Bank Transfer option on checkout page. We bank with HSBC Hong Kong. Our wire transfer details will be provided once checkout is complete. Make sure to cover the costs of the transfer (payee covers all costs) when processing payment.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Depending on your location, some of our parcels are shipped internationally and may be subject to location specific duties & taxes. Amounts vary based on the destination country, and aren’t applied until the goods reach that country.

The good news is that we will cover all duties or taxes (does not apply to bulk orders). All prices listed on our website are final. If you get charged customs fees, please email a photo/scan of your payment receipt to hello@tablet2cases.com to get your charges refunded.
