This low cost solution from Cooper does everything asked of a folio case. The slim design keeps the Sony Tablet S fully functional and provides stable multi-angle tablet stand support for typing and viewing modes in landscape format.

Overview
The Cooper Apex Sony Tablet S Magnetic folio case is made from PU leather and its available in brown, black or red. Its etched surface reminds me of another case for the Sony Tablet S - the PROPS folio. But this, and similar low costs, are as far as the comparisons go. The tablet stand on this design is more efficient and functions better than the PROPS case way of doing things. Here, the back panel is creased for sliding the bezel onto the inner cover. It features three grooves to position the screen at a 55°, 65° or 75° viewing angle in landscape format.

Sliding the bezel all the way off the cover creates a 20° angle for typing modes. And by inserting the magnetic cover strap into the back panel crease, the support will be a little less bouncy. The side-loading bezel is designed without any securing mechanism, so the tablet’s wedge-like shape does most of the work to prevent sliding around inside or slipping out.
The frame has all openings to keep the tablet fully functional. When opened, the dangling cover strap becomes a pesky little thing when trying to use the rear-facing camera. Otherwise, its magnetic function ensures secure case closure for safe tablet travel against bumps, dings and scratches.

"Classy design full of functions"
Sony Tablet S cases are not easy to come by, especially such great ones. The Cooper Folio not only keeps the tablet safe, but also comes with great functionality. Magnetic tab closure keeps the case securely shut and also adds stability to the versatile tablet stand positions this case offers. Silent black design is always a classic.
