For just a bit extra, you can add on a shoulder strap and turn the sleeve into a stand-alone bag. Also available is their “Piggyback” mini-pouch that attaches on the front giving extra room for cables and chargers.

The case’s interior has the trademarked material “Ultra Suede” (feels like suede, made from same material used to clean your tablet screen)—a big help in cleaning away fingerprints. Between the nylon and the “Ultra Suede” there is a layer of plastic that gives a little more protection for the display. It also keeps down the overall weight of the case. I like how the iPad fits perfectly and snugly into the case without much wiggle room unlike other cases. The top flap closes with Velcro, which I’m not a fan of, but it does the job. To top it off, the backside has an open-top pocket.
