After conducting a recent Rock Light & Cool iPad 2/3 Keyboard review (Rating 4/5; Price $69.95), we are under the impression that the brand chose their name based on product durability, not feel. Headquartered in Shenzhen China, Rock incorporates synthetic materials to create functional and long-lasting accessories for mobile electronic devices. They began as a maker of protective cases for cell phones, and are now casting many stones into the tablet case market.

Well, Rock cases do indeed offer a few hard tablet cases/back protectors, but most of their cases have a very soft touch.
