Manufacturers of PC tablets, like Dell, Acer and HP, are finding it increasingly difficult to get a foothold in the crowded tablet market. This is due mainly to Apple iPad , Amazon Kindle Fire and Barnes & Noble Nook Tablet generating much of their attention and sales because of their content, something that PC tablets haven’t been able to match.
Samsung Galaxy is one PC tablet that has managed to find popular recognition amongst the sea of hand-held devices. Otherwise, the cost-benefit of creating and marketing new tablets that quickly become outdated is becoming less and less sensible for manufacturers who cannot compete in the tablet industry.
