Dave Basulto is looking for funding at Kickstarter to support his iOgrapher – a unique Apple iPad Mini case, which transforms the device into a professional film-shooting camera. Tablet2Cases has already done its part by pledging money, and it looks like the project will receive enough funds to turn into reality.

The case is crafted from high grade plastic material, making it extremely tough and prone to impacts and bumps. The Dave Basulto iOgrapher allows users to add various 37mm lenses to the mount area to achieve different results. The supported lenses are geared for fisheye look, macro and close up, and wide angles.

The case also accommodates audio and lighting accessories on top. The lower part of the iOgrapher has been designed in a way to allow quick and easy monopod, tripod or portable dolly mounting. The case sports a pair of highly comfy and secure handles , which provide the much-needed stability when filming over longer periods of time.

Pledges of $40 or more will get you the case.
