North Based presented Wallet – a high-quality envelope tablet case made to fit the iPad Minis. The case is handmade from premium wool felt and is available in a multitude of interior and exterior colors. Tough material ensures great exterior protection, and its soft interior side takes care of scratches and smudges on the inside. The case comes with classic flap closure featuring a secure Velcro lock. Besides the main tablet compartment the case sports two interior pockets for the most important items.

About North Based:
I decided to marry my love of gadgets with a fondness for pure wool felt and mixing bright, funky colours with natural greys and beige tones. So at the time I needed a sleeve and couldn't really find anything I liked, most were cold plastic or silicon rubber. I wanted a warm contrast to the already cold, plastic, metal and glass of most smartphones and felt seemed the perfect match.

My felt is sourced from the UK, Germany and Spain. Recycled Eco leather and all vegetable tanned leather are sourced in the UK. I produce all sleeves myself using fine felt, quality thread and plenty of passion in my home workshop. My aim is to deliver a beautiful, simple and minimal high quality product which is highly practical at the same time.
