Disappointed- does not what it should: charge

I bought this because I like the design and I needed a power bank for myself and my partner to extend the battery endurance on our iPhones. He is currently using the IPhone SE and I am using the IPhone XS. We both tried the orbits and they only charge for a few minutes and all the sudden stop. Then the orbits seem to be empty. Very disappointing as they dont even fill the battery halfway. Doesnt do what its supposed to do: charge the battery. Not useful and for the amount of battery charge it provides, its a useless waste of space in my handbag/my boyfriends backpack. I would send them back if I could.

One of the power banks overheated.

First time using this, I connect it to a wall and plop both of these babies overnight to charge. In the morning I come back, one of the two is still lit up and the other isnt. So I try to pick up the power bank that seems charged, end up realizing its burning my skin especially near my thumb. Dropped it quickly. Now Ive got a burn that seems a little more long-lasting than a few minutes on my thumb, and in the meanwhile the other power bank is completely fine and at a hold able temperature. It seems like the heat did more damage than burn me. The bottom side of the power bank with all the ports is slightly deformed at the side, making the IN port actually unusable. This is a bit of a safety concern for me for now. Ill see if maybe I can get sent a replacement or something along those lines. Aside from what I said above, the product has a nice aesthetic to it and is smaller than expected, which is good. Just a bit unsafe for me.
