Shipping Policy
After placing an order, you will receive an email order confirmation within 24 hours. All orders require 1 to 3 days for processing before they are dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with shipping details. Please note that calculations for delivery times start from the dispatch day.

For very large orders, goods may take longer to be processed. A notification will be emailed indicating the expected dispatch date.

All orders are sent either by Hong Kong Air Mail, DHL or in some instances with EMS. Please note delivery times on your purchase. We will provide a tracking number after order has been mailed.

Customs Duties & Taxes on Sales
If delivery is to be effected outside Hong Kong, goods will be subject to customs duties and taxes on sales, if applicable, by the competent authorities. Customs duties and taxes on sales vary according to the country and apply upon arrival of the goods in the recipient country. Any additional burden concerning customs clearance shall be exclusively borne by the recipient of the delivery.
