Dana Innovations is a large California-based corporation that serves as a parent company to iPort, Sonance, Trufig and now this company, which was launched in September 2011. Similar to its sister-companies that develop in-home solutions for popular electronics, LaunchPort was established to design accessories that integrate the iPad into the home and ultimately transform the way people engage with this particular device.

The company has developed and markets a few LaunchPort iPad cases. The BaseStation ($149) functions as a tabletop mount and charger. The WallStation ($149) is a wall mount tablet cases that will also charge your device while securely fastened. And the versatile PowerShuttle ($199) is a tablet protector that is designed for compatible use with the other two stations, as well as for using your device on the go.

Since this is a new start-up, those of you who are interested to buy LaunchPort tablet cases will need to contact the company to inquire about pre-ordering. We do recommend that you keep checking with us, as we look to make this company’s accessories more readily available for purchase in the near future.
