Lenovo have made a range of tablets available at the same price offering a choice of screen size and performance. The Lenovo IdeaTab A7-30 is a budget model with a small 7 inch screen size. If size is not important to you, ignore the snickering laughter at that comment and opt for the A7-30. While greater resolution and battery life is increased in similar models, this model focuses on basic necessity for tablet computing.

The A8 version has only 1.2GHz processor but this model has slightly higher capability at 1.3 GHz; however, the resolution is lower at 1024 x 600 pixels in order to offer a decent battery life of 8 hours. This tablet is suitable for a nice little compact device to browse the internet and watch videos on, or read eBooks while travelling. The disadvantage of this model is the low amount of storage space, only 8GB is included, and if you intend to download much data, the IdeaTab 8 or 10 series is a better choice with 16GB for the same price.

Again, this looks to be an extremely basic tablet and only has a 0.3Megapixel camera facing front, with a measly 2 Megapixel camera at rear. Pictures will look acceptable but not have spectacular clarity or vibrant colors.
