The behemoth of the Samsung 4th generation tablet series was freshly released and became available on May 1st 2014. If you’re looking for top of the range models, this is it, with a price tag to match at a hefty $350. This does seem a little expensive but it may be worth the performance it offers.

A choice of either black or white design is available; this tablet oozes style and has a tempting generous screen size at 10.1”. You can admire intense and vibrant colors that hold a sharp resolution at 1280x800 pixels. The juicy specifications sum up a strong performance though it feels heavier to hold than other models. As performance goes, it’s a good processing speed at 1.2 GHz with quad core and has 1.5GB RAM which is capable of handling most tasks you can expect from a tablet. Samsung are known for reliability and sustained battery life. This one holds up to 11 hours allowing plenty of internet use.

If you’re not attracted to this model yet, there’s more. The Galaxy 10.1 Tab has a 1.3 Megapixel camera in front and a 3 Megapixel camera at the rear. Multi window allows several apps to run at the same time so you can work in your office software while listening to a podcast or checking on your twitter feed and posting to Pinterest.
